Clear Terms, Honestly Stated

PEN collects only the information needed to review membership applications and operate the network: your name, contact details, profession and business information.

We do not sell or rent member data. Member profile information is shared within the member directory, which is accessible to members of the network.

You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the PEN team.

Membership is by application and admission is at the discretion of PEN. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.

Members agree to uphold the PEN Code of Honor and to represent the network professionally in all interactions.

PEN may amend meeting formats, schedules, chapter structures and member benefits as the network grows. Material changes are communicated to members in advance.

Membership fees are annual and are charged for a fixed term of twelve months from the date of admission.

If an application is not approved after payment, the full fee is refunded.

Once membership is active and access has been granted, fees are non-refundable. Membership may be transferred only with written approval from PEN.

Members commit to regular attendance at weekly networking meetings and to participating in good faith in referral and collaboration activity.

Members agree to treat referrals, introductions and information shared within the network with confidentiality and professional care.

Conduct that breaches the Code of Honor may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
